Kenya county connectivity data and sources
I built the map from public datasets and I list every one of them here. You can download the county table as a CSV.

One row per county: composite score and tier, internet usage, electricity access, cell towers per 100 km², average mobile download speed and area. Samburu's speed value is blank because I flag it as distorted by a small number of Starlink users.

Tower density is crowd-sourced and can undercount towers in low-population areas. Speed tests skew toward urban users. Read both with that in mind. The composite formula is in how I built the map.
